Robert L. Sanders
Clinical Social Worker or Therapist, GeorgiaAbout
I accept as true that life is about making appropriate changes. If you are having difficulties while struggling with life changes in relationships, depression, anxiety, sadness, grief, past trauma, or have issues with a family member, I would like to assist you to sort things out and renew your perspective. My goal is to bring you back to focus on what is important in your life and to help you gain internal strength. Let's set up a time and illuminate the skills and tools you have within you to create a newer, brighter, and better you! It gives me pleasure helping people discover themselves, and what makes them tick. We get caught up in significant emotional events, Traumatic stress, behaviors, personalities, fears and obsessions that can make us feel stuck. I feel it is my job to help breakdown those barriers and move into a restored life like journey. I use a combination of insight oriented therapy, cognitive-behavioral, psycho-dynamic solution focus, hypnotherapy and humanistic techniques. My goal is to tailor sessions to meet your distinctive needs. I apply a humanistic theoretical orientation to clients, and utilize motivational techniques to discover potentials and identify ways to best activate your fullest abilities.
